We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead to join a major new implementation programme. This role will be focused on designing and deploying Oracle Payroll solutions for a complex environment, including large-scale UK payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design and oversee build activities
? Collaborate with the Systems Integrator (SI) to ensure alignment with business requirements
? Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
? Work with internal Business Partners (BPs) to ensure seamless solution deployment
? Manage a broad mix of internal and external stakeholders throughout delivery
Key Skills Required
Deep understanding of UK payroll configuration and legislation
Experience leading Oracle Payroll deployments for 50,000+ employees
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality and best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and programme-level coordination skills
