Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Manager to architect, design and deliver cloud HR solutions for a range of industry organisations. This role requires senior delivery leadership and a proven track record of successful Oracle implementations.

You will be independently accountable for delivery, build strong client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to shape cost estimates and work plans.

Qualifications

• Experience of implementing multiple modules across Oracle HCM Cloud, and must include Core HR, Position Management
• Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues
• Be comfortable solutioning technical aspects of HCM, including Data and Integrations
• Set yourself apart: Confidence in presenting challenging points of view to client audiences
• Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing our people
• Exposure in one of the following areas: BI, analytics and/or robotics process automation

As an Oracle Cloud Senior Manager, you will:

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
