Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant at Senior Associate level to join our Oracle HCM team within Workforce Transformation. You will contribute to advisory, implementation and transformation programmes that unlock value for clients.

In this role you will support full lifecycle delivery from discovery through go-live, collaborate with PwC's cross-functional teams, and help clients adopt Oracle HCM while building your expertise in a high-growth practice.

Qualifications

• You have full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management functional experience and are comfortable contributing to delivery activities across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance where required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of our Oracle team to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Supporting Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
• Analysing client requirements, facilitating workshops and fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and supporting functional design, data, testing, defect resolution and cutover activities.
• Preparing clear documentation, playback materials and status updates, while reviewing your work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Escalating risks, issues and dependencies in a timely, structured way, and supporting training and knowledge transfer to help clients adopt Oracle HCM successfully.
• Collaborating across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams, using feedback and reflection to develop your strengths and share knowledge.
