Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Lead to lead the functional design, solutioning and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials for a major property and real estate transformation programme.

The role requires deep Finance expertise across AR, billing, collections, cash applications, and end-to-end Order to Cash, with experience in property, lease accounting and IFRS 16 preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle ERP implementation experience, ideally with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong functional expertise across Oracle Receivables, with focus on billing, collections, cash application and Order to Cash.
• Broad Finance knowledge across General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Intercompany.
• Proven experience leading Finance workstreams and owning functional design through deployment.
• Strong workshop facilitation, producing functional designs and resolving complex requirements.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior Finance and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Financials workstream, owning design, solutioning and delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide functional leadership across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Intercompany.
• Drive end-to-end Order to Cash processes, focusing on customer billing, credit management, collections, cash application and receipts.
• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Challenge processes and recommend improvements aligned with financial controls and accounting principles.
• Oversee configuration and functional design, ensuring solutions meet requirements and integrate with related systems.
• Manage testing activities (SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare) and quality assurance across the Finance delivery team.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors and business leaders.
• Support integration design between Oracle Receivables and Lease Accounting, Projects or Property Management where applicable.
