Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is hiring a BI Architect to design and deploy a modern reporting framework in a financial services environment. The role focuses on Oracle SQL tuning, OAS/BI Publisher development, and Python-based automation to replace legacy Access/VBA solutions.

You will work across data layer engineering, BI dashboards, and automated report packs, with emphasis on high-volume, regulated workloads. London-based, 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Oracle DB development and SQL performance tuning.
• 5+ years OAS/BI Publisher development.
• 5+ years Python for data extraction and reporting automation.
• 3+ years migrating legacy Access/VBA apps.
• Financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and design of replacement reporting framework.
• Develop and tune Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and materialized views.
• Build interactive OAS dashboards and BI Publisher data models.
• Create production Python scripts for automation and reporting.
• Perform testing, data reconciliation, and rollout handovers.
