Randstad Technologies Recruitment seeks a hands-on BI Architect to lead the migration of legacy Access/VBA and Oracle reporting to Oracle Analytics Server, BI Publisher, and Python-driven automation.

You will oversee discovery, design, build, and deployment across data layer, OAS/BI Publisher, and Python ETL in a regulated financial services environment. This 12-month contract requires deep Oracle, OAS/OBIEE, and DevOps experience.

Qualificações

• 8+ years Oracle DB development and SQL performance tuning.
• 5+ years in OAS / OBIEE and BI Publisher development.
• 5+ years in Python development for data extraction, transformation, and reporting automation.
• 3+ years migrating legacy Microsoft Access / VBA applications.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated enterprise environments preferred.
• Experience with DevOps concepts, Git, CI/CD, and enterprise schedulers (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).

Responsabilidades

• Discovery & Assessment: Inventory legacy MS Access databases to define target-state architecture.
• Oracle DB Engineering: Develop and tune Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, views, materialized views, and stored procedures.
• OAS & BI Publisher: Build interactive dashboards, analyses, and data models, layouts, and automated schedules.
• Python Automation: Design Python scripts to replace Access macros, automate extraction, and deliver automated report packs.
• Testing & Delivery: Conduct parallel runs, data reconciliation, rollback plans, and handovers.
