Key responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing 11g application to identify deprecated features, incompatible components and potential issues in 12c.
• Clear understanding of changes required for compatibility.
• Configuration of JDeveloper12c integrated env for WebLogic for unit testing and development tasks.
• Migration of ADF applications from 11g env to 12c env.
• Seamless integration of dependencies post migration.
• Modifying existing code to align with the 12c’s updated features and address deprecated APIs or tags.
• Update application skins and user interface components to utilize new ADF Faces and features in 12c.
• Data Model and Business logic validation.
• Testing and debugging.
• Deployment and Support

Key Skills/Knowledge

• Deep understanding of ADF components, including Entity Object, View Objects, Application modules, tasks Flows and ADF Faces
• Strong knowledge of Java, servlets, JSP and EJB.
• Configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of ADF Application on Oracle Weblogic.
• Basic understanding or SQL queries, stored procedures and Oracle database.
• Expertise in ADF Faces, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in ADF Security for implementation of role-based access control, securing ADF task flows and using Oracle Cloud Identity Management.
• Integration with SOAP/REST we service, SOA Suited and third part API’s.
• Familiar with JDeveloper debugging tools, ADF log analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in ADF lifecycle phase.
