Integration Project Specialist

Integration Project Specialist – Salford & Home based with travel

Marlowe Fire & Security, the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK, is seeking an Integration Project Specialist based in Salford with a hybrid working model and some travel required.

The role involves managing the integration of new and existing business into the Target Operating Model, acting as a link between Service Delivery, Integration, and IT. Responsibilities include producing key documentation, designing and delivering project plans, and supporting system rollouts and upgrades across the group.

Responsibilities

1. Manage integration projects, ensuring schedules are met
2. Conduct system rollouts and training
3. Coordinate system and process alignment across the group
4. Analyze and recommend improvements
5. Lead and support the Service Delivery, Integration & IT teams
6. Work with external third parties to ensure high-quality customer service
7. Monitor project performance and documentation quality
8. Engage with business leaders and stakeholders early in projects
9. Support business development and retention post-acquisition
10. Communicate integration information internally and externally

Requirements

1. Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, professional appearance
2. Results-driven with a strong background in system implementation
3. Knowledge of Cash4Windows, CRM packages, and accountancy software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
4. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
5. Strong documentation and training abilities
6. Experience with system rollouts and large projects
7. SQL query writing and report building skills
8. Discretion handling sensitive information
9. Customer-focused and credible influencer
10. Management and leadership experience
11. Problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills
12. Effective communicator at all levels
13. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
14. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
15. Full driving license and willingness to travel
