Specsavers Barnstaple and Barnstaple Roundswell are seeking two Optometrist Partners to lead and own the two stores as Directors. You will share in profits and receive ongoing development and access to premium clinical technology while guiding teams and delivering excellent patient care.

These roles offer a challenging yet balanced work-life setup, with strong support from the current Retail Partner and the global Specsavers brand to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Optometrist with GOC registration
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience desirable
• Strong clinical and people skills

Responsibilities

• Lead two Specsavers stores as Partner; direct store operations and strategic growth
• Drive clinical excellence and customer service across both locations
• Collaborate with Retail Partner and Optometrist Partner to grow profits and develop teams
