Qualifications

• GOC-registered optometrist with current license.
• Experience in retail or multi-site practice.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate across two Bristol stores (Bedminster and Winterstoke).
• Develop business and drive profits for both sites.
• Lead clinical teams and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the Retail Partner and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
