Specsavers Oswestry is seeking an ambitious Optometrist to advance into an Optometry Partner and Store Director role. You will join a high‑performing team and participate in a structured buy‑in plan to grow the business while delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered optometrist with GOC registration.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience in optometry business ownership/buy‑in models.
• Strong patient care and test expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the JV partnership and buy‑in planning with support from Specsavers.
• Develop and mentor the store team to deliver high quality eye care.
• Drive test volumes and business growth while maintaining patient safety.
• Represent the store within the Specsavers partnership model.

The business benefited from a significant store boost two years ago and continues to perform strongly, generating around 200 sight tests per week. The town itself offers the perfect blend of traditional market‑town charm and ongoing investment, creating an exciting environment for future growth.
