Job summary

Network Group Holdings is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join their domiciliary visiting team in Coventry and surrounding areas, Monday to Friday with no weekend work.

You will perform full clinical tests and dispensing for patients in their own homes, visiting 6–7 appointments daily using mobile technology and a digital records system with support from senior optometrists.

Qualifications

• GOC registration is expected for practise.
• Empathetic patient care for elderly and frail.
• Clinical testing and dispensing in primary care.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their own homes for full eye tests and dispensing.
• Travel to multiple locations from your postal address and see 6–7 patients daily.
• Utilise mobile technology, digital records and support from senior optometrists.

Optometrist, Monday to Friday - Coventry, West Midlands

My Client, one of the leading Domiciliary Companies, is looking to recruit a full time Optometrist for Coventry and surrounding areas. This is a Monday to Friday role, no weekends required and they will be flexible on the days. The role will involve visiting patients in their own homes to carry out a full clinical test and dispense, the successful candidate must have a sympathetic approach and empathy as some patients will be elderly and frail. You will travel to various locations from your postal address and will be expected to see 6/7 patients a day. You will be working with the latest mobile technology ; portable digital fundus cameras mobile slit lamp I-care tonometer industry leading digital records system, which will also enable you to have full support or a second opinion in minutes from their senior optometrist team at the Head Office.
