OutsideClinic is hiring an optometrist to provide domiciliary eye care across Coventry and surrounding areas. You will conduct in-home exams, lasting about one hour, enabling deep patient relationships.

The role offers flexible days (4 or 5 per week) with no weekends, and a fully supported environment with the latest equipment and a digital records system. You will be trusted to make autonomous clinical decisions, with swift access to senior optometrists.

Responsibilities

• Visit 6-7 patients every day in their homes, with 1-hour appointments for relationship-building and gold-standard care.
• Be able to make autonomous decisions with quick access to senior optometrist support at head office.
• Use the latest equipment and a digital records system to reduce paperwork.
