Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with 25-minute test slots.
• Diagnose and manage a range of eye health conditions.
• Provide expert advice on spectacle and contact lens options.
• Build relationships with customers and branch teams.
• Collaborate with branch teams to drive business growth and service excellence.
• Participate in local enhanced service schemes and pre-registration supervision when applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products and CPD training.
