Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists in Headington is seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our independent practice. You will deliver thorough, lifestyle-focused eye exams using the latest diagnostic equipment and tailor solutions that fit clients’ needs.

• Qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC.
• Must deliver clinical eye examinations following GOC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute eye examinations to understand client needs and lifestyle.
• Provide recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses based on lifestyle.
• Support and mentor newly qualified optometrists in the team.

Every Thursday & Friday; alternate Wednesday & Saturday (9am - 4pm)

We provide all clients with a 45-minute eye exam which gives you as our fabulous Optometrist the time to really understand your clients’ needs and lifestyles and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. What We're Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• You to provide a 45-minute eye exam which gives you time to really understand your clients’ needs and lifestyle and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle by following the GOC and College of Optometry guidelines.
• Someone passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and building strong relationships with clients.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment who will also be involved in supporting, mentoring and guiding our newly qualified Optometrist.
