You’ll work with the store team to deliver high-standard clinical care and customer service to meet both patient needs and business objectives. You’ll also play a key role in creating a warm and friendly environment for customers and the team.
Recently opened in April 2024, Specsavers Porthmadog seeks a clinically driven Optometrist for full or part-time work. The focus is on teamwork to ensure excellent patient experiences. You’ll have access to the latest equipment, including Nidek OCT and auto-phoropters. Located in Porthmadog, near Snowdonia National Park, with scenic surroundings.
We support your clinical and professional development through open conversations, regular 1-2-1s, and opportunities like WOPEC qualifications, independent prescribing, paediatric accreditations, ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway). This helps you grow professionally and can pave the way to store director roles.
You must be registered with the General Optical Council and confident in providing excellent customer service. Passionate teamwork skills are essential.
