You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.

Due to our NHS extended service contracts, we offer a wide range of eye care treatments and monitoring services. We support your professional growth by helping you gain additional accreditations necessary to deliver these services.

We are passionate about developing our Optometrists. Our comprehensive CPD program and funded protected time for further accreditations ensure you have all the training needed to meet evolving eye care needs.

Our support network includes in-store, regional, and home office teams ready to assist with clinical or service-related queries.

About You

We are seeking a dedicated Optometrist who:

• Is fully qualified and registered with the GOC
• Is a registered performer with your NHS area team or health board
• Has MECs or WECs accreditation (or willing to obtain within 12 months, funded and supported by us)
• Meets CPD statutory points requirements
• Uses skills and passion to deliver memorable customer experiences
• Is passionate about developing new patient services and shaping departmental culture

Applicants must provide evidence of registration with the GOC and Right To Work in the UK. Additional requirements include NHS performer list evidence and clinical references. Welsh applicants need WECS and WGOS module accreditation.
