You will have access to in-store, regional, and home office teams, providing full support whether your queries are clinical or service-related. There is always someone on hand to offer expert advice and support.

Working alongside an Optical Manager (a qualified Dispensing Optician), you will contribute to creating an environment of clinical and operational excellence. By collaborating with the wider team, you will support coaching, training, and developing new patient services to ensure we offer the most current and accessible services to meet customer needs.
When applying for any of our Optical positions, you must be registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) for the relevant professional role. Additionally, you will need to provide evidence of Right To Work in the UK.
As part of the compliance process, we will ask for evidence of being on the NHS performer list or, in Scotland, the Health Board you wish to work in, along with two clinical references. For Wales, evidence of WECS accreditation and WGOS module accreditation will be required.
