Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a mechanical engineer for the Optical Engine Delivery Team to support AR display development. You will transfer designs to contract manufacturers, evaluate metrology data, and help optimise manufacturing processes to improve yield and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical engineering with CAD experience (NX/SolidWorks) and hands-on CMM/CT metrology skills, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering experience with a focus on metrology (CMM and CT)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with fast changing needs
• Running analysis of mechanical designs (e.g., DOEs)
• Experience transferring mechanical designs to production

Responsibilities

• Help transfer designs and processes to contract manufacturers and partners
• Understand mechanical design and manufacturing processes
• Analyse incoming component data and assess performance
• Support failure analysis and metrology activities
