Qualifications

• Production Engineering experience, or significant experience at Senior Manufacturing Technician level.
• Building, integrating or testing complex, high-value technology products.
• Troubleshooting and structured root cause analysis.
• Cleanroom or other controlled manufacturing environments.
• Moving products and processes from development into production.
• Manufacturing quality systems and process controls.
• Reading engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Precision assembly and test.
• Manufacturing engineering and process development.
• Lean, Six Sigma or comparable continuous-improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Master complex system integration, building and testing precision optical, cabling and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Own technical problem-solving, investigating manufacturing challenges, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Design safe trials, validate process changes and improve quality, reliability and efficiency.
• Work across complete systems, validating module and system performance and tackling integration challenges.
