Asda is recruiting an Optical Manager in West Dundee. You will oversee the entire optical operation, manage a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, and ensure first-class patient care.

The role requires a fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, coaching skills, CPD commitment, and strong time management in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a fixed schedule aligned with store hours, with 40 hours per week and dayshift

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire optical operation.

• Review sales forecasts and department targets; handle customer queries.
• Manage clinic operations and shop floor processes to meet customer needs.
• Coach and develop the team in partnership with an Optometrist.
