Let's find out about you
You will oversee and manage the Optical Department, including managing your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance, reviewing sales forecasts and targets, and handling customer queries. Every day in an Asda Opticians is busy and fast-paced.
You will also manage clinic operations and shop floor processes to ensure the department meets customer needs.
Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team. Confidence in coaching others is essential. Due to the dynamic nature of this role, strong organizational skills and effective time management are required.

Applicants must be registered with the GOC and have evidence of Right To Work in the UK. For Wales, evidence of WGOS module accreditation and inclusion on the Welsh NHS Administrative List is required.
