Specsavers in Birmingham is seeking an Optical Lab Technician ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a more advanced role within the lab. You'll join a community-focused team and produce high-quality work while supporting colleagues and customers.

As a Lab Manager–in-time, you'll bring hands-on optical lab experience, be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and ready to lead by example. Full-time role with training and development opportunities.

To thrive as a Lab Manager, you'll bring a strong foundation of hands-on experience from working in an optical lab, along with the confidence to lead by example - although previous management experience isn't essential, strong lab experience is key. You'll be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and someone who naturally spots the finer details that keep quality high.
