Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their established store in Epsom. Based in KT19 8BJ, you will lead the team, drive commercial success, and uphold premium customer care and service standards.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to deliver growth, coach staff, and foster a positive branch culture while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership and optical retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• Dispensing Optician or non-qualified dispenser accepted.
• Experience in optical retail management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive leadership and commercial awareness.

About the role

Are you an experienced Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step into management, or an experienced optical retail manager looking for a new role within a premium optical and hearing care business? An independent, family-owned company is looking for a skilled Branch Manager to join their established store in Epsom.

As Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Area Manager to drive the commercial success of the branch while maintaining the high standards of customer care and service the business is known for.

Duties may include
