Tamfol is looking for an Experienced Optical Assistant – Online Order Processor to join our team in Bamber Bridge. This role blends optical product knowledge with a passion for helping customers and online order fulfillment.

You will process orders with precision, verify prescriptions, collaborate with the laboratory, maintain detailed records, support inventory, and assist store staff during busy periods. Both part-time and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Optical Assistant or in a similar optical retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with optical software systems or order management platforms is advantageous.
