  • Dispensing & Technical Skills, Assist customers with frame and lens selection, take precise measurements, fit and adjust frames, perform minor repairs, and ensure all eyewear meets clinical recommendations.

  • Product & Styling Expertise, Provide confident advice on spectacles, sunglasses, coatings, contact lenses, and accessories, offering personalised styling and functional guidance.

• Customer Journey Support, Greet customers, carry out pre-screening tests, explain offers and services, and ensure a friendly, professional experience from entry to collection.

• Retail & Team Performance, Drive sales through strong retail skills and needs-based recommendations, while working collaboratively with the team to deliver personalised solutions
