Job summary

Specsavers in Carlisle is offering an Optical Assistant Apprenticeship. You will join a welcoming team and receive training and development opportunities while supporting customers, booking eye tests and guiding style choices.

Travel to the Carlisle store daily is expected, with weekend work included and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. This apprenticeship welcomes applicants with GCSE Maths at grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent and EU right to work in the UK.

• GSCE Maths grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent level qualification.
• EU residence for 3+ years with the right to work in the UK.

Who is this Apprenticeship for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant Apprentice.

• Individuals with GSCE Maths at Grade 9-4 (A*-C), or an equivalent level qualification
• Individuals who have lived in the EU for 3 years or more, with the right to work in the UK
