Job summary

Zest Optical in Wokingham is seeking an Optical Assistant to provide a consultative dispensing experience in a luxury, designer-focused practice. You will help patients select frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality, not just their prescription.

You will work with a premium frame range and support patients through frame consultations, children's dispenses, and more complex lens requirements, contributing to a team where care and product knowledge matter.

The Role

• Optical Assistant role within a well-established, luxury independent practice in Wokingham
• Deliver a genuinely consultative dispensing experience - helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality, not just their prescription
• Work with a premium and designer frame range, including Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg and Moscot
• Support patients through personal frame consultations, children's dispenses and more complex lens requirements
• Be part of a close-knit team where care, precision and product knowledge are all valued equally
