Zest Optical is recruiting a Dispensing Optician for a luxury boutique independent practice in Wokingham, Berkshire. The role focuses on consultative dispensing and selecting frames and lenses that suit individual styles and lifestyles.

You will work with premium designer ranges and provide personalised frame consultations, including children’s dispensaries and complex lens needs, within a supportive, design-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative dispensing to patients, selecting frames and lenses to suit face, lifestyle and prescription.
• Work with premium/designer frames (Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler & Gross, Lindberg, Moscot).
• Guide patients through personal frame consultations and complex lens requirements.
• Contribute to a close-knit team with emphasis on care, precision, and product knowledge.

The Role

• Dispensing Optician role within a well-established, luxury independent practice in Wokingham
• Deliver a genuinely consultative dispensing experience - helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their face, lifestyle and personality, not just their prescription
• Work with a premium and designer frame range, including Tom Ford, Prada, Cutler and Gross, Lindberg and Moscot
• Support patients through personal frame consultations, children’s dispenses and more complex lens requirements
• Be part of a close-knit team where care, precision and product knowledge are all valued equally
