Specsavers Shrewsbury is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, book eye tests and provide style advice in a friendly, customer-focused environment. Full-time 37.5 hours or part-time hours are available, with a weekend day required.

Specsavers Shrewsbury is a busy and customer-focused store dedicated to providing outstanding optical and audiology services to the local community. The store combines a welcoming, team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer care, ensuring every customer receives expert advice and a personalised experience. Conveniently located in the heart of Shrewsbury town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with Shrewsbury railway station within walking distance and regular local bus services operating throughout the town and surrounding areas. This makes the store easily accessible for those commuting from across Shropshire. The store brings together colleagues from a variety of roles, including optical assistants, dispensing opticians, audiology professionals, and management, all working collaboratively to create a positive experience for every customer.
