Job summary

Specsavers Fareham is seeking an Optical Assistant who is a proactive people person and the friendly face our store needs. You’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand and your excellent customer service skills to create an outstanding environment for customers and colleagues alike.

We offer strong training and development opportunities, a 40-hour week over 5 days including weekends, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?
