Job summary

Specsavers North Street is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our busy store. You’ll bring proactive, friendly customer service and a passion for the Specsavers brand to create an outstanding environment for customers and colleagues.

This role offers training and development, 40 hours a week across 5 days including weekends, with an hourly rate of £12.91 dependent on optical experience and a range of employee benefits such as discounts, support services and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

The store offers comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, spectacle dispensing and fitting, alongside professional advice and aftercare. What we’re looking for?
