Job summary

Specsavers in the United Kingdom is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and help them navigate eyewear options. You will support customers with product choices, fittings, and service in a friendly, professional environment.

Based across two stores in Bury and Rawtenstall, the role offers strong training and development opportunities, with weekend work required and a range of benefits designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in-store and help them choose eyewear and services.
• Assist with fitting and product demonstrations and guide customers through options.
