Specsavers in Bishop Auckland is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and assist with their optical needs. You will work with a supportive team, benefit from ongoing training, and have access to development opportunities in a busy in-store environment.

The role includes weekend work, a choice of 30 hours over 4 days or 37.5 hours over 5 days, and extra benefits such as a birthday day off and WeCare helpline. Training and progression are strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environment
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist customers in-store
