Job summary

Capco is seeking Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk professionals to join our FRRF capability, advising clients on regulatory expectations like PRA and DORA. You’ll design robust resilience frameworks and implement controls to close exposure gaps across financial services and energy sectors.

The role offers hybrid work in Glasgow or Edinburgh, with opportunities to lead complex programmes and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk across FS or Energy sectors.
• Practical knowledge of IBS/ITOL calibration, scenario testing, and process mapping.
• Ability to analyse and implement regulatory change and control remediation.
• Strong collaboration skills to lead multi-disciplinary discussions across the business.
• Clear communication, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementations.
• Support regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other frameworks.
• Evaluate cyber posture, third-party exposure, and vendor resilience.
• Define and implement governance models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Guide tooling implementation and support cyber/tech resilience transformations.
