MDE Group in Bristol is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and Project Support Lead across day-to-day operations of our recruitment business.

This temporary role offers full training, with potential to go permanent and a clear progression path within our energy, oil & gas and engineering recruitment operations. Office-based, Mon–Fri, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Onboard contractors and manage ongoing compliance through timesheets and contracts.
• Support timesheets, contract changes, documentation and assignment completion.
• Coordinate broader project administration, data accuracy and compliance monitoring.
• Be a key point of contact for consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Own routine processes as knowledge grows.
