Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Ophthalmology Outpatients team. The post supports consultation clinics, minor operative procedures, and maintaining patient safety and high standards of care.

The successful candidate will show excellent communication, and a willingness to develop leadership skills and support staff development, including supervision and reflective learning in line with Trust Policy.

Qualificações

• Evidence of ability to practice as competent practitioner.
• Evidence of ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients and visitors.
