Job summary

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust in Torquay is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Ophthalmology team at Torbay Hospital. You will assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate care plans within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for eye patients.

The role requires UK registration (NMC) and ophthalmic experience is desirable. The post includes weekend working and is a permanent, full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with UK professional registration (NMC).
• Experience in ophthalmic care and eye health services is desirable.
• Awareness of NHS plans and initiatives relevant to the role.
