Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Degree or working towards a higher degree in nursing.
- Significant post‑registration experience, preferably in ophthalmology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality ophthalmic care within medical retina and macular services.
- Assess patients, interpret investigations, and support nurse‑led clinics.
- Contribute to treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive service development, quality improvement, and teaching.
