The post holder will play a key role in supporting the operational team to effectively manage the Ophthalmology service within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).
The role will play a key function is managing the WGOS4 and WGOS5 pathways ensuring that a regularly validated list is maintained.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 31st March 2026 due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Provide a comprehensive, high-quality administrative service within the Ophthalmology team.
Be key in supporting operational activity such as waiting list management for Ophthalmology, including regular validation to ensure information held is up-to-date and accurate as well as regular contact with patients and contractors.
Work independently and have the knowledge and experience to respond to the changing needs of the service and will be expected to problem solve in areas of work, supporting with the development of effective processes.
