Job summary

RHL Recruitment is recruiting an Operator to support safe, continuous aviation fuel operations at a pipeline/terminal site near Howden, Yorkshire. The role is a long-term PAYE contract with duties including pipeline receipts, tank transfers, loading, sampling, permit-to-work and SHE audits.

Location: Rawcliffe, North Yorkshire. Shift: 24/7 Day/Night rota (8-4). Rate: £20 per hour PAYE. Start: before 14 September.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in process/electrical/mechanical.
• GCSE Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent.
• Shift operations experience in a regulated environment (COMAH/PPC or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline receipts, tank transfers, road tanker receipt/loading and jetty operations where applicable.
• Sampling/quality checks and accurate record keeping.
• Permit-to-work, gas testing and isolation checks.
• Support SHE audits and clear shift handovers.

Job description

We’re recruiting an Operator to support safe, continuous aviation fuel operations. The role will be a long term PAYE contract, base on a site Near Howden Yorkshire

Duties include pipeline receipts, tank transfers, road tanker receipt / loading (and jetty operations where applicable), sampling/quality checks, accurate record keeping, permit-to-work, gas testing and isolation checks, plus supporting SHE audits and clear shift handovers.

Fuel storage depot pipeline maintanence and operations team, operator and maintenance of site and jetty and issuing permits to work for subbies. COMAH Site regulated, Petrochem background, ideally NVQ Lev 2 electrical mechanical.

Essential: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in process/electrical/mechanical, GCSE Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent, shift operations experience in a regulated environment (e.g., COMAH/PPC or equivalent), full UK driving licence, basic IT skills.

Role: Operator - Terminal & Pipeline Operations (Shift)

Location: Pipeline/terminal site in Rawcliffe, North Yorkshire

Shift: 24/7 Day / Night shifts rota - 8-4 days

Overtime:- Available.

Rate:- £20 per hour PAYE
