Stevenage Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Operative - Cleansing to join the Stevenage Direct Services team. You will undertake varied street cleansing maintenance tasks within the town of Stevenage, including litter picking, street bin maintenance, graffiti removal and seasonal leafing.
This permanent, full-time role offers 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with a salary of £25,949 to £26,403 per annum, pro rata for hours worked.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Stevenage Direct Services team, undertaking varied and essential tasks to complete street cleansing maintenance works within the town of Stevenage.
Experience in the industry is desirable with an ability to build strong team relations, using initiative to problem solve and a keen eye for detail to ensure a high standard of work is completed.
4 x Full time positions (Mon – Fri)
