Job summary

Ringway London is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee routine and cyclical works, deputise for the Chargehand, and lead a two-person crew on specific jobs. The position requires multi-skilled field experience, a driving licence, and familiarity with NRSWA/TM 12 series where applicable.

Qualifications

• Desirable skills for the role include Banksman and Manual Handling, plus safety-related courses.
• Experience with road or utility work is valued; CSCS and NRSWA may be required.
• A current driving licence is preferred; LGV/HGV licences are advantageous.

Summary

Able to run a 2 person crew on specific jobs and ensure work is carried out to specification. Manage safety of the team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours, and assist with winter maintenance.

• Use a range of power tools and equipment
• Use of PDA as required
• Able to give clear basic instructions
