Ringway London is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee routine and cyclical works, deputise for the Chargehand, and lead a two-person crew on specific jobs. The role emphasizes site safety, accurate reporting, and adherence to specifications, with potential out-of-hours callouts in emergencies and winter maintenance support.
The position requires multi-skilled field experience, a driving licence, and familiarity with NRSWA/TM 12 series where applicable.
To carry out a wide range of routine or cyclical works and operations. Deputise for Chargehand as and when required. Able to run a 2 person crew on specific jobs and ensure work is carried out to specification. Manage safety of the team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours, and assist with winter maintenance.
Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
