Job summary

Ringway is seeking an Operative in Bromsgrove to carry out a wide range of routine and cyclical works, working with crews to meet specifications. You will help manage safety, complete reporting, and assist with winter maintenance as needed.

Travel to depots and sites across the county is expected, with occasional out-of-hours emergencies. The role is permanent and full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate fully in team work.

• Willingness to develop and undertake relevant training and qualifications.
• Able to complete record sheets, paper or electronic.
• Able to take responsibility for plant, equipment and vehicle inspections.

Summary

Manage safety with team and complete all necessary reporting, paper or electronic. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours, and assist with winter maintenance.

Travel will be to a normal place of work and other depots or sites throughout the county as and when required. Travel outside of the contract maybe required at times.
