EY’s Operations Summer Internship in London invites penultimate-year students to support due diligence, integration and value creation for corporate and private equity clients. You’ll work in EY-Parthenon teams, applying data, analysis and strategic thinking to help transactions across the deal lifecycle.

The eight-week programme starts July 2027, offering hands-on experience, continuous learning and a pathway to EY Graduate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year or final year with a one-year Master’s degree planned.
• GCSE English Language and Maths (or home language equivalent) at grade 4/C or above.
• Three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible.

Responsabilités

• Work on operational due diligence, integration, divestiture and value creation projects.
• Use operational analysis and due diligence insights to support transactions.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and EY-Parthenon deal teams.
• Build confidence and skills through continuous learning and hands-on experience.
