You will develop a broad skill set through hands-on experience in multiple sectors and deal stages.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions across complex transactions.
• Present insights clearly and translate complex operational findings into practical actions for clients.
• Assess operational performance and identify value creation opportunities with evidence-based recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Gaining exposure to the deal/investment engine including the diligence, valuation, bidder meetings and deal negotiation processes.
• Supporting sectors such as Private Equity; Technology, Media and Telecom; and Consumer, Health, Sciences and Wellbeing.
• Assisting with wider practice development tasks from recruitment through to learning and development.
• Supporting improvement in businesses, identifying opportunities to realise incremental value.
