Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, site-based with occasional remote work and travel to other sites as needed.
As Operations Transformation Manager within our UNBOX Tribe, you will lead end-to-end projects to drive automation, scalability, and efficiency in Gousto Operations. You will utilize your organizational and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless workflows and continuous improvement, delivering an exceptional unboxing experience for our customers.
Core Responsibilities
Manage automation projects using the CapEx stage gate process, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery aligned with operational needs.
Lead and support GAF programmes from start to finish, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth delivery.
Collaborate across functions—Engineering, Technology, Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety, Operations, and Unbox—to design and implement automation initiatives that are operationally feasible, safe, and cost-effective.
Apply your deep understanding of factory and supply chain processes to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and integrated into daily operations.
Maintain visibility by attending trials, site visits, and implementation activities, engaging directly with front-line teams for real-world validation.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational challenges, surfacing risks early, and embedding lessons learned to enhance future projects.
Who You Are
Experienced in operations management, supply chain leadership, and automation projects.
Proven track record leading complex automation or technology initiatives, especially in fast-scaling organizations.
Knowledge of change management frameworks for structured, risk-mitigated project execution.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, strategic planning, organization, and delivery.
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving operational needs.
Familiar with automation, digital transformation, and supply chain processes.
Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
