What you’ll be doing:

As a key part of the delivery operations team, you’ll shape the Ocado customer experience through impactful site based training and development.

You will:

• Deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of work
• Provide both practical and theory-based driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindset
• Offer constructive feedback and track trainee progress
• Keep training records accurate, complete, and audit-ready
• Be responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training.
• We're also looking for someone who’s keen to grow and develop—particularly in delivering compliance-based courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety, as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• A clean record:
• DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status (Fleet registered is a bonus)
• No live sanctions
• No MVIR in the last 12 months
• No more than 3 points on your driving licence
• Confidence to work independently and as part of a specialist team
• A flexible approach to delivering training at various locations
• Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and UK traffic regulations
• Ability to deliver clear, honest feedback to help others grow
