Genuit Group is seeking an Operations Team Leader to guide the Cistermiser and Keraflo Assembly Operators, ensuring production plans, quality and safety targets are met. The role blends hands-on assembly with day-to-day supervision to maintain efficient workflow and high productivity.

You will lead the assembly team, monitor performance, train staff and implement Kaizen initiatives, while upholding 6S standards and a strong health and safety culture.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is essential.

• Good understanding of complex assembly and manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and support the Assembly Team to achieve daily production targets and business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor assembly activities in line with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Allocate work effectively across the team, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently.
• Act as the first point of contact for assembly team members, providing guidance, coaching and support.
• Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with work instructions, quality standards and approved procedures.
• Monitor quality performance and report defects, non-conformances or process issues.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture and safe working practices.
• Conduct workplace inspections to maintain 6S standards.
• Support training, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
• Identify skills gaps and develop training plans to improve capability.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping and performance; escalate as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and achievement of objectives.
• Lead by example with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Our Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading our Cistermiser and Keraflo Assembly Operators to ensure production plans, quality standards, safety requirements and operational objectives are achieved. he role combines hands on assembly activities with day to day supervision of the team, ensuring efficient workflow, high productivity and continuous improvement across the assembly area.,

• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure a safe, clean and organised working environment in line with 6S standards.
• Support the training, onboarding and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
• Identify skills gaps and work to develop training plans and improve team capability.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping and performance, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen activities, waste reduction and process improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and achievement of business objectives.
