To ensure our warehouse departments run smoothly, our Team Leaders play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across their departments and warehouses. We are now seeking Operations Team Leaders in our Oxford location. These are newly created roles.

Role Responsibilities

As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and the efficient management of products within the department. You will also ensure that high standards of health and safety are maintained, with compliance to company policies and transport legislation at all times.
